mom's vintage skirt...

i never really 'understood' my mom's closet during the 80's... its FULL of huge, m. jackson elbow-padded tops, psychedelic patterns, cher-inspired glitz not glam pieces, 'what-is-she-thinking?' proportions, colors (& more shocking colors!), and more,. that a girl of 5 yrs (who obviously adores pink's & barbie's) would NEVER fully appreciate.

18 yrs after, however, things have changed. whenever possible, i always see to it that i visit my mom's old closet (in our first home/ so far!) and raid some stuffs i could possible wear (or not).

i got this green long skirt she wore back then... and i just love them :)
